As a club we hope to develop the current membership and attract new members as a priority, especially younger members although everyone is welcome. From a competition point of view we wish to continue and build on the past few years good form and improvement in both club team and individual performances which have seen us gain several national league division championships and runners up in the Welsh league division 1. Individually we have 3 or 4 regular Welsh internationals and 8/9 county shooters and are looking to still further increase those achievements.

We intend to continue making improvements to the club as we have done for the past 2 or 3 years, upgrading the range facilities substantially last year by refitting lighting, protection and safety equipment. We currently have very basic air rifle facilities at the club (two temporary standing 10m points) but are looking into the feasibility of constructing a separate and permanent 10m under in a currently unused under the main range.

After a number of bad years where events out of our control tarnished the shooters image and finances became a problem we have picked ourselves up to establish a solid structured base again at the club. We hope now we can build upon that by not just surviving but growing and thriving, short term we wish to increase membership and public awareness of the club, a scheme of which this site will hopefully play a part. Long term we wish to build lasting foundations with local people and the community and bring ourselves to the stage where we can expand and grow. One of the goals we are working towards is to get to a position where we could hold our own open shoot event, no doubt it will be hard work, but well worth it.
